The Microbiology Society’s Annual Conference attracts over 1,400 attendees for the UK’s largest annual gathering of microbiologists. The 2019 event will feature a range of symposia, workshops and forums, as well as an exhibition and social programme.

On Wednesday 10 April, Prof Robin Williams (Royal Holloway, University of London) and Dr Pip Beard (Pirbright Institute, Surrey) will being running a symposium entitled Focus on 3Rs – the growing role of organoids and microbial models to understand human and animal diseases. This will be repeated in the morning and afternoon.
