The SOT 58th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo will gather the best science from across a diverse spectrum of topic areas, research fields, and communities for an enlightening and thought-provoking exploration of the latest research and achievements in the field of toxicology. More than 2,000 presenters will be sharing their research and expertise during the 80 Scientific Sessions, featuring more than 2,100 abstracts. There will also be an all-day Poster Session from Monday to Wednesday.
With toxicologists from all over the world expected to attend, opportunities for networking and finding new collaborators will be abundant – from the Scientific Sessions and other daytime events through the evening receptions. Over 315 organisations will be exhibiting at ToxExpo, including companies, laboratories, agencies, research partners, and more. They will provide information on new products and technology, career and partnership opportunities, and other toxicological research-related support.
On Tuesday 12 March Dr Fiona Sewell will present poster P510 ‘Are we fully exploiting the use of a single species for post-‘first-in-human’ (FIH) studies allowed within ICH S6?’ in the session 'Safety Assessment Pharmaceutical: Drug Development'.
There will also be a poster (P759) ‘Evaluation of Trularv as a Model Host for Assessment of Acute Toxicity of Chemicals’ will also be presented on the CRACK IT Solution TruLarv™. This will be presented on Wednesday 13 March in the session ‘Alternatives to Mammalian Models III'.
