Routine handling of laboratory animals is an essential component of animal experiments that has a significant impact on anxiety and aversion to humans. On Wednesday 7 April the Karolinska Institutet will host a webinar, presented by Professor Jane Hurst (University of Liverpool), which will share the evidence currently available on the responses of mice to different methods for routine handling.
The aim of these CPD webinars is to follow the legal requirements for maintenance and demonstration of competence in laboratory animal science, and to facilitate the implementations of the 3Rs in routine animal work. Certificates of attendance will be available to participants.
Visit the event website to find out more and register by Monday 5 April.
