Access to human tissue for use in cardiovascular research

At the Cardiovascular Network launch meeting Professor Cesare Terracciano discussed the scientific and 3Rs benefits of using human tissue in cardiovascular studies and described the research his group are carrying out using human heart tissue from the NHS Blood and Transplant service (NHSBT).
