Mark is a member of the Toxicology and Regulatory Sciences team within the Science and Technology Group. He works with scientists from the chemicals industries (including from agrochemicals and industrial chemicals, cosmetics and consumer products and contract research industries) and regulatory agencies to accelerate the 3Rs in acute toxicity testing as part of safety assessment of chemicals for the protection of human health. He is currently focusing on the refinement of acute toxicity tests for acute inhalation and oral toxicity studies.
